He has successfully designed and executed systematic growth models for start-ups as well as global industry leaders. Proven delivery experience starting, building and leading deal oriented organizations, with a focus on strategy, mergers & acquisitions, partnerships, investments and other strategic growth initiatives.
For the last ten plus years, Fegan served as an operational advisor to Fortune 500 executives, boards of publicly and privately held companies in addition to venture-backed senior management teams. Prior to that, Fegan held the role of Vice President of North American Sales and Operations for GoldenGate Software, Inc., where he built the company's first commercial sales team. He's also held senior management positions at Inktomi, Netscape, Sybase and Oracle.
