Joshua McAfee has an extensive background in recruiting and working with companies on improving their hiring process, reducing costs associated with hiring and retaining talent, and in improving or maximizing employee retention and utilization.
He has over 20 years of recruiting and human capital experience in the Information Technology, Sales, Marketing, Executive, Finance and Accounting, and Legal fields. He has managed national recruiting efforts in Sales and IT with clients such as Secureworks, Nexidia, Infragistics, Right Management Consultants, Axway, Vistascape, GuardedNet, SpiDynamics, Internap, Rock-Tenn, GTE Wireless, Simon Property Group, Judge & Dolph, and Esavio. His efforts on these mid to large scale staffing projects have helped them significantly reduce their costs associated with hiring and retaining top notch talent. He has also worked in a supporting role for companies such as MCI, Norfolk Southern, Choicepoint, Alltel, TSW (now Indus), Ceridian, Balser, and Deloitte Consulting. His experience includes teaching companies how to minimize the costs associated with hiring while maintaining a high degree of quality in staffing and process.
He has also developed, implemented, and managed national recruiting processes in compliance with ISO standards, employee referral programs, and has worked with senior management on employee retention and utilization issues.
Josh sat on the Community Board of Visitors at the Georgia Aquarium and is actively involved in Humanitarian efforts in Kenya and South Africa.
